I had that dude, too...but can't remember what he's from, either...I think I may have just found him, rather than purchased whatever he came with. My guess is he's a sidekick to a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle or something like that.

ReplyDeleteThat is Screwloose from TMNT's Wingnut Figure. I made him as well as redesigned him. It was a time when they wanted to minimize weapons and we started making little buddies.
